Lunch

Lunch is served between 12.00 – 2.00pm.

One course packages include a main.
Two course packages include a starter and a main.

Starters (£6.95 supplement on one course packages)

  • Roasted tomato and basil soup served with ciabatta bread.  Dairy free butter and gluten free bread are available on request (V, VG, DF, GF)
  • Fisher’s gin cured salmon, with a potato, shallot, caper and parsley salad (DF, GF)
  • Chicken liver pate served with toasted brioche bread, onion marmalade and a dressed summer salad leaves (GF bread available if requested)
  • Griddled spears of asparagus served with a poached free-range egg, lemon and chive oil dressing (V, GF, DF)

Mains £14.00

  • Pan-fried pork fillet, marinated in honey and tarragon served on a warm tomato chutney, sweetcorn and bacon croquette and crispy shallots
  • Warm breast of chicken, sliced onto a salad of baby gem lettuce, croutons, anchovies and boiled egg, parmesan cheese and a lemon, garlic and parsley dressing
  • Spinach, feta cheese, shallot and olive strudel served on a tomato passata sauce, with a dressed mixed salad (V)
  • Vegan spaghetti served with button mushrooms, asparagus and sun blushed tomatoes in a white wine, soya milk, basil and vegan cheese sauce (V, VG, DF)

  • Skin on rustic fries and aioli dip
  • Cajun spiced cheesy potato wedges
  • Ciabatta bread served with olives and balsamic vinegar dressing (GF bread available if requested)

Salads £8.75, jacket potatoes £8.75 and sandwiches £7.00 (to be taken as a main)

  • Tuna mayonnaise and cucumber
  • Poached chicken breast, Thai mayonnaise and spring onion
  • Grilled smoked bacon, tomato, lettuce and mayonnaise
  • Atlantic salad prawns, lemon and fresh dill mayonnaise
  • Fish fingers, lettuce and tartare sauce
  • Smoked ham, brie and tomato
  • Brie, apple and walnut (V)
